Part A · Interest list and usage statistics
1. Scope and controller
This policy covers the announcement page “Hausverwaltung, einfach.” at twelve-digital.de/hausverwaltung and the related confirmation and removal pages. Part A describes what these pages actually process. Part B contains the general information for all Twelve Digital websites: hosting and server log files, cookies, your rights and the competent supervisory authority.

2. Email registration and usage statistics
The registration link only opens your email app. We receive your sender address, message and any optional details about your role or number of units only when you send the email. We use these details to handle your enquiry and personally coordinate the test phase, not for a newsletter. The website form and automatic double-opt-in list are not currently active.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps at your request); for other enquiries, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (responding to enquiries). Emails are processed in our company mailbox with Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited as processor). We delete enquiries once resolved and no further coordination is required, unless statutory retention obligations apply. You can tell us at any time that you no longer wish to participate.
Only with your analytics consent does this page load Dash0 (service hausverwaltung-smoketest) and record page views and clicks on buttons leading to the registration section. No email contents, email addresses or roles are sent to Dash0. A click is not a sent registration. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Withdraw consent at any time via Cookie settings. Email registration also works without analytics consent. See Part B for further Dash0 information.
3. Your rights
